Oppo releases the Reno 8, its most affordable flagship phone.

Recently, Oppo has been busy introducing accessible smartphones to the general public. One of Oppo's most affordable smartphones, the A77 4G, was released a few days ago. It has since been renamed as the OnePlus Nord 20 SE. The Reno 8 Z 5G, the Chinese company's newest Reno 8 model, has just been released.

This phone is actually a Reno 8 Lite that has been repackaged in a new way and for less money. In terms of features, it has the same 6.7-inch OLED display with 1080p resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. An optical fingerprint sensor is concealed beneath the OLED panel, and the main camera cutout now has a glossy finish that extends into the edge. The device's principal processor, the Snapdragon 695, is complemented with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The camera setup still includes the 64MP primary sensor, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera is a 16MP device with 1080p video recording capability. Battery capacity of 4,500 mAh and 33W rapid charging.

The Oppo Reno 8Z 5G has a starting price of $365 and is available in Dawnlight Gold and Black. This is a big discount from the Reno 8 Lite's €450 launch price.
