The helpful new feature of WhatsApp is now accessible in Pakistan.

WhatsApp has recently added polls to Communities, and it is now adding them to group chats as well. Now that WhatsApp's stable version has been released, users can access this functionality officially. Updates have already been sent globally.

Voting in polls should facilitate decision-making within groups. Your friends or family can now vote on where to go or what to eat through group polls. The attachments capability can be accessed by clicking the paperclip button (inside the text box) in a group conversation. Select the "Poll" option.

You can include up to 12 voting options and any question in your poll, although it's unlikely that more than 4 or 5 of us will use them. You can nudge the voting selections up and down using the hamburger button next to them. WhatsApp does not currently support anonymous voting, in contrast to Telegram. As a result, voting will not be like choosing your future president because every vote would be available to everyone.

Since this feature is a result of WhatsApp Communities, further Communities enhancements will follow soon. More administrative controls are provided, such as the ability to delete undesired messages from groups, sharing of larger files, 32-person voice and video chats, and groups with up to 1024 members, all with end-to-end encryption.

Some of these are already available on WhatsApp, but more are anticipated to be released soon.In related news, Telegram and Discord are among the apps WhatsApp is working to integrate the ability to communicate oneself. Sharing files between different devices and saving things for later should be made simpler as a result. It is unknown when this will be included in WhatsApp's stable version since it is only available in the beta version of the app.

After months in beta, WhatsApp Communities are now going out to all users. Communities allow you to consolidate all of your groups into one location, making it easier to organize discussion groups for various needs or subjects. Earlier this year, this functionality started its testing phase. Communities work to improve communication and organization among organizations, clubs, schools, and other private groups. For instance, you will now be able to organize all of your work-related groups in one location and switch between them without any hassle.

Admin controls, support for sub-groups and announcement groups, 32-person audio and video conferences, greater file sharing, emoji reactions, and surveys are a few more new capabilities that communities will make available for the chatting app. It will also feature end-to-end encryption and allow you to create support groups with up to 1024 participants.

It is important to note that once the feature is released, these functionalities will also be accessible outside of Communities.

Phone numbers, on the other hand, won't be available to the general Community; instead, only admins and other members of the same sub-group will be able to see them.

A further difference between Facebook Groups and WhatsApp Communities is that Facebook Groups can be searched on the site, but WhatsApp Communities cannot. They can only be joined by invitation. Administrators can also move existing groups to Communities.

In the coming weeks, WhatsApp Communities will begin to roll out to Android and iOS smartphones everywhere.
